LASTECH VINA designs and manufactures precision FPCB dies tailored to product geometry, materials and process conditions. We use a range of punching methods and die structures to provide solutions suited to our customers' production processes.

Please prepare product drawings, material and thickness, expected production quantity, target schedule and key requirements. Details that are not yet confirmed can be reviewed during the discussion.

Which FPCB dies can I ask about?

We discuss piercing, compound, pinnacle, combination and SUS/KT dies for automatic applicators, as well as die mounting supports and FPCB press production. Please share the product drawing, equipment, material, thickness and operating conditions.

How do I send drawings?

How are lead time and price determined?

Lead time and price depend on the die structure, machining conditions, quantity and requested schedule. These can be discussed after your drawings and requirements have been reviewed.
