The punch and die work together to precisely punch holes, slots and specified profiles in FPCB. The design takes product geometry and material characteristics into account to support stable processing.

A compound die combines multiple cutting operations, such as external profiles and internal features, in a single die. Its cutting elements, workpiece supports and ejection structures are designed together with processing accuracy and production efficiency in mind.

Precision blades made to match the product profile cut films and flexible materials. Depending on the material construction and cutting depth, the die can be used for through-cutting or kiss-cutting.

A combination die brings together different punching methods according to product geometry and processing conditions. Its customized structure combines the strengths of each method, taking into account the accuracy required in each area and the characteristics of the material.
